Common questions
Do I have to change my machines or process?
No. Purolix products map one-to-one onto the jobs a laundry or dry cleaning store already runs: main wash, softener, wet clean wash and finish, starch and spotting. Dosing guidance for your machines ships with your first order.
What pack sizes are available?
Pack sizes are confirmed on request so we can match them to your monthly volume. Tell us what you use today and we will recommend the right sizes with your quote.
Are the published prices final?
Yes. Prices are per litre or per kg in rupees, with GST at 18% extra, and are valid till 31 Dec 2026. The number on the price list is the number on your invoice.
Can I order only the spotters?
Yes. Every product is sold individually. Many stores start with the six-spotter set and move the wash range over once they have seen the results.
Do you deliver outside my city?
Yes. Purolix supplies laundries and dry cleaners across India. Tell us your city in the enquiry form and we confirm delivery timelines along with your quote.
What support do I get after I order?
Priority support on the same line you ordered from. Dosing guidance comes with every order, and questions about a stain, a fabric or a machine get an answer the same working day.
Kya aap Hindi mein baat karte hain?
Haan. WhatsApp par Hindi ya English, jo aapko aasan lage. Pack size, dosing aur order, sab Hindi mein samjha sakte hain.
